About the Event
The September 13, 2025 Community Health Fair is an experiential learning event planned, designed, and facilitated by graduate students enrolled in PBHL 5104: Public Health Planning at Fort Valley State University. As part of a service-learning assignment, students applied the PRECEDE-PROCEED model to develop evidence-based, community-centered health education activities aimed at improving wellness across our region.
